To support the execution of the Finance vision « Be First Class Business Partners and Guardians of HEINEKEN’s assets and reputation », the Finance Leadership Team (FLT) started in 2018 to reflect on the need to update the Finance priorities to ensure it captured new trends and best supports the HEINEKEN Ambition 2020. Taking stock of the trends and progress made in the last years, the FLT has recently decided to update the Finance priorities with four new Challenges and 12 Must Win Battle (MWB). This new set of Challenges and MWBs have become the Finance Transformation agenda: one set of priorities for the all Finance function.


In the role of Change Manager you will be part of the newly created Finance Transformation team, driving the delivery of the new Challenges and MWBs. You will be working with the FLT and the wider Finance community (i.e. OpCos, Regional and Head Office teams), supporting the development of the overall change management stragety and driving of the change management needed within the various Finance initiatives.



Your responsibilities

As the Finance Capabilities Change Manager you are responsible for:

  • Support the development of a thorough change strategy for the Finance Transformation, including stakeholder identification, storylines, stakeholder management etc. through a structured methodology; this also includes support and engage senior leaders (e.g. coaching on what it means to be a change agent) and identifying pockets of resistance and putting in place strategies to overcome these within the wider Finance transformation
  • Drive and deliver the change management in selected Finance initiatives
  • Assess the change impact, have pulse checks and be agile in response within the various Finance initatives and report issues around engagement and resistance
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders at different points of the change within the various Finance initiatives
  • Evaluate. identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics within the various Finance initiatives to ensure user readiness and sucessfull deployment.



Your profile

In order to be successful in this opportunity we expect you to have:

  • University/Master level with minimum 8 years of relevant experience

  • Self-reflection, adaptability, collaboration and resilience come natural to you
  • Promote and demonstrate core principles of collaboration, prioritisation, accountability and visibility
  • Strong gravitas to engage with teams and individuals
  • Significant experience in change management and understanding of change methodologies
