We are looking for an experienced senior maintenance leader with a solid understanding of asset management gained from a Production domain. In this role you are a member of the Global Production management team of Global Supply Chain and based at Schiphol, the Netherlands. Your team of 6-8 direct reports is responsible globally for Maintenance & Asset Management  

You will be leading the global function providing strategic direction, establishing operational goals and driving performance through an integrated approach. You will develop relevant processes and manage costs in order to extend equipment lifecycles and increase the return on assets. You aspire to be part of a truly global function passionate about improving processes and generating strong results. You are able to drive efficiencies through sustainable ways of working, build capabilities in people and grow talents across the organisation.


You will report to Erwin Rosens, Sr Director Global Production, Global Suppy Chain

Your responsibilities

As a Director Global Maintenance you:

  • Will act an ambassador for safety, sustainability and quality in line with global policies and procedures;
  • Own and Implement the Global Maintenance & Asset Management strategy and secure results;
  • Own and deploy of the Global Planned Maintenance Pillar and support its content with improved maintenance practices as part of TPM Next;
  • Identify and enable improvements in equipment performance, maintenance costs and return on capital;
  • Build Centres of Excellence concept to embed new concepts, good practice and standards across the breweries;
  • Design digital experiments in alignment with the digital strategy and connected brewery;
  • Benchmark internal and external practices to build knowledge and identify opportunities;
  • Build collaborate partnerships with key suppliers and ensure service levels;
  • Enable delivery of capability building workshops and act as coach to grow talents;
  • Perform PM/TPM brewery audits and support other global audits


Your profile

In order to be successful in this opportunity we expect you to have:

  • >10 years Leadership experience required in a similar role / complex international environment / FMCG industry with deep and broad knowledge;
  • Solid financial background in manufacturing and investments;
  • Proven application of TPM, especially PM Pillar to lead cross functional change and drive sustainable continuous improvement;
  • Operate at strategic, tactical and operational levels including the ability to manage complex stakeholder;
  • Able to build networks of specialists, leads and brings Innovative ideas;
  • Able to manage complex stakeholders
