Title:  Chatbot Developer

This role is part of the Global Information Services (GIS, Global IT) department of HEINEKEN International. The Chatbot developer is part of Product team – Robotics & Automation and is one of the professionals who do the work of delivering a potentially releasable increment of the product at the end of each sprint. Product Teams are structured and empowered by the organization to organize and manage their own work. The resulting synergy optimizes the Product Team’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.

The role of the Chatbot developer is to contribute to the Team objectives and Product roadmap.

 

Chatbot Developer:

 

  • Contribute collectively to the Product team in delivering user stories and contributing to the product increment and provide advice to offshore team.
  • Is continuously aware of the security requirements of Heineken and ensures that all ongoing improvements are aligned with these requirements
  • Development skills and experience(at least 2 years) with one of the following platforms – Microsoft Bot Framework and Intelligent Virtual Agents as part of Power Platform, Oracle Digital Assistant,  Teneo Conversational AI platform (Artificial Solutions); Google Dialogflow;
  • Experience and/or some understanding of NLP and how to utilize it
  • Experience/skills in building conversations design
  • Experience working in a federated enterprise organization
  • Awareness of test management and deployments of chatbot/conversational AI solutions, so these can be automated (CICD pipelines)
  • Experience with connecting/integrating with backend systems from Chatbot development perspective
  • Python/Java Script/.NET is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people.
  • Analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured.
  • A strong technical background with experience in one or more IT areas.
  • Recognising the corporate strategy.
  • Is a team player and is able to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
  • Be able to identity and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and “truths” and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others.
  • Ability to work in teams in agile way and work dedicated for a team.
  • Maintains awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends and evaluate them for applicability.
