RTC & RMG Manager

Position Vacant:                              Route to Consumer (RTC) & Revenue Margin Growth (RMG) Manager

We have an immediate an immediate requirement for a Route to Consumer and Revenue Margin Growth Manager based in Port Moresby.

 

The incumbent will develop and execute strategies that optimize our route-to-consumer model and drive revenue margin growth for South Pacific Brewery and Solomon Brewery. This role focuses on maximizing profitability by ensuring our products reach the right customers through the most efficient and cost-effective distribution channels.

 

Key duties include:

  • Coordinate relevant analyses to develop a comprehensive RTC strategy focused on distribution power, execution excellence, productivity and customer loyalty.
  • Develop relevant frameworks and tools for the Distribution Management team to execute the Route to Consumer (RTC) strategy.
  • Coordinate relevant analyses to develop a comprehensive RMG strategy across the B-Champ levers (Brand, Channel and Margin Performance).
  • Execute the pricing, Pay for Performance (P4P), Average Price per Product (APP), mix and promotional strategy
  • Coordinate further development of RTC and RMG Dashboarding (e.g. RTC Grip, EOE, Revenue Tracker)
  • Ensure accurate reporting of RTC and RMG KPIs to the Regional Team (RTC Grip, RMG SNOW).
  • Guide and coach the team members in their career development and optimal execution of their roles

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics.
  • Must have 5-10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing operations, preferably in the FMCG environment.
  • Possess a valid drivers’ license.
  • Computer literate - advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi skills.
  • Knowledge in analytics, strategy, budgeting, performance evaluation.
  • Knowledge in Sales Operations, issues, customers’ needs and market conditions. 
  • Able to communicate at all job levels and articulate in presentations.
