SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to develop a long term & one year sustainability agenda to address key issues
• Deliver & drive sustainability campaign(s) in conjunction with relevant internal departments
• Engage internal & external stakeholders to drive sustainability awareness & engagement with sustainability principles
• Develop & deliver sustainability report & sustainability communication plan
• Position SP Brewery as the leading sustainability company in PNG to support business operation & sustainability

Experience & Qualifications:

• Degree qualified
• More than five years’ experience in a similar role
• Computer literate
• Facilitation & Training experience

Skills & Knowledge:

• Excellent writing & presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid networking & influencing skills
• Confident
• Solid knowledge of sustainability principles
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong management & Project management skills
• Ability handle complex issues, grasp complex information
• Ability to work in cross functional teams
• Financial acumen to understand ROI & non-financial impacts
