Are you passionate about Compensation, Benefits, and Data-Driven HR Solutions? SP Brewery Ltd is looking for a talented HR Executive – Rewards & Analytics to join our dynamic HR team. This role will focus on driving strategic decisions through insights, ensuring compliance, and leading payroll and benefits initiatives.
Main duties include:
- Lead benefits processes, including NCSL, NASFUND, tax deductions, and pay adjustments, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Work closely with Concept Payroll to ensure that employee compensation is accurate and on time.
- Use payroll data to provide insights, identify trends, and support strategic decisions on turnover, headcount, overtime, and employee movement. Focus on continuously improving data quality.
- Track and report Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) counts accurately, contributing to effective workforce planning.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to manage service providers and maintain business continuity.
- Serve as an admin for the SuccessFactors system (MyHR), ensure accurate data entry, and manage existing Power BI dashboards related to SuccessFactors.
- Use data insights to drive initiatives aimed at employee satisfaction, retention, and HR program rollout.
- Stay informed on PNG labor laws and HEINEKEN standards to ensure payroll and benefits processes remain compliant.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT to streamline payroll operations and maintain system efficiency.
- Work with the HR Services Manager and HEINEKEN Rewards team to participate in salary surveys and interpret market trends to ensure SP Brewery's salaries remain market competitive.
- Identify opportunities to enhance rewards strategies and HR systems, emphasizing data quality's role in daily HR processes.
Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Economics, or any other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the FMCG companies is preferable.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power Apps are essential. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in using advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting and have hands-on experience in developing and managing solutions with Power Apps to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, employee benefits, and compensation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent collaboration skills across departments.
- Familiar with PNG labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with HR systems like SuccessFactors and PowerBI is a plus.
