Technician I-E&A (Predictive Maintenance,Vung Tau Brewery)
Job summary:
1. Safety, Food safety and sustainability:
- Executes and follows-up all planned and predictive maintenance jobs safely and OTIF.
- Executes and follows-up all planned and predictive legal related maintenance tasks safely and OTIF.
2. Quality:
- Executes and follows-up all planned and predictive maintenance jobs with the required quality.
3. Working Process:
- Executes and follows-up all planned (preventive) and predictive work.
- Executes calibration /adjustment instruments.
- Be a technical area owner to support life extension, further cost reduction and innovation.
- Conducts Tagging if required or appropriate.
- Support AM teams where required.
- Supports AM by demonstrating (CILT) standards.
- Utilizes the work preparation room and is multi-zone assignable.
4. Organization, Interfaces & People Management:
- Reports to the engineering leader (EL).
- Communicates and cooperates with AM teams before, during and after execution.
- Communicates with the planning & preparation team.
5. TPM & Continuous Improvement:
- Supports the AM teams analysing and solving corrective maintenance.
- Supports on management of maintenance plans, asset master data, asset performance and cost analysis (asset technical specialist).
- Participates in RCFA (5 why) or organized for his/her team to participate, including training/mentoring.
- Supports the implementation of AM Team step 6 and 7 (PM fully integrated into AM).
- Trains AM teams in troubleshooting of frequent failures.
- Supports ME and ES in implementing and rolling out new or improved condition based maintenance (CBM) methods and co-executes advanced maintenance techniques (e.g. pit stop, maintenance free, maintenance prevention & continually optimise PM standards).
6. Information & Data Management:
- Daily collects required maintenance information and data from designated zone.
- Reports on planned maintenance work (technical and administrative reporting).
Job requirements:
- Bachelor/Engineering diploma, major in Electrical Autmation or Process Automation Control.
- Basic knowleage in electrical and automation.
- Mastered required LOTO skills and activities.
- >1 years working experience in maintenance.
- Mastered all the skills, knowledge and experience required for zone technician (ZT) in advanced level.
- Good knowledge of maintenance best practices within execution enabling asset life extension and cost reduction
