Brewery Services Clerk I (Vung Tau Brewery)

Job summary:

  1. Cleaning service, pest control, gardening
  • Follow up working plan to maintain a green, clean, beautiful landscape environment.
  • Weekly site-checking and monitor contractor’s performance to improve quality of services
  • Organize meetings with all suppliers to listen, comment, and make adjustment to deliver the best administrative services.
  • Manage and update records related to services (list of service personnel, related certificates, medical examination records of contractor employees, list of chemicals, information of chemicals used, records of training records for contractors, periodic reports of contractors, etc.), ensuring that service operations are controlled under ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 processes.
  • Manage data such as: acceptance minutes, statements, payments to suppliers, and update costs to the accounting department
  1. Vung Tau Brewery Tour and other events
  • Receive requests from sectional heads,  introduce and give the guidance to the visitors according.
  • Provide documents, photos, and videos about the tour to Safety department.
  • Combine with TPM, union, and the other departments to organize events in the Brewery: Happy hour, town hall, year-end party, sports event, farewell, welcome, Tet Charity…
  1. Payment for administrative stuffs
  • Proceed payment for suppliers timely (gardening, pest control, food and beverage of the factory, event suppliers....).
  • Monthly tracking and managing administrative costs and propose to raise expenses for the next year.
  1. Brewery audit system.
  • Combine with TPM, production department to prepare data for auditing campaigns
  • System errors fixing if yes.

 

Job requirements:

  • University/College graduation with relevant backgrounds (foreign languages, administration management, social relations,...)
  • Experience of working in factory/production enviorments is a plus.
  • English: fairly good at communication and writing
  • Proficient working with MS Office
  • Prefer candidates have 2 years working at Admin/Receptionist position.
  • Have the ability in working under pressure (outdoor inspection tasks, such as cleaning services, greenery, insect control , events,…)
