eB2B Area Growth Manager

Job Descriptions:

 

1. eB2B deployment, acquisition and retention

  • (right) Outlet selection and customer onboarding/ acquisition.
  • Deployment and perfect execution of eB2B programs and solutions
  • Help to onboard and guide (new) customers and troubleshoot initial issues during go-live and scale up. Ongoing provide feedback from customer and sales to eB2B team to keep winning with eB2B with customer centric solutions
  • Help to onboard new distributors and streamline their processes to drive adoption and stickiness.
  • Leading sales, DDT & distributor collaboration & engagement and operation plan to develop coverage proposal
  • Deep analysis and market intimacy to identify I&O of the regions in terms of operations and growth
  • Deploy Expansion coverage to unlock the market grip of Sub D – outlet

 

2. Develop Business and support on sales growth in assigned region

  • Deep understanding of RTM to unblock issues and identify opportunities with distributors, sub-d, outlets and sales team
  • Build new initiatives to drive growth & sales effectiveness through eB2B
  • Work closely with deployment teams, users and administrators to optimize flow of information through the platforms and online/offline touchpoints
  • Daily market observation with deep understanding on other eB2B players
  • Develop regional specific online eB2B campaigns that support offline & online sales growth
  • Building new data views to support the business and data driven mindset amongst sales
  • Identify performance of eB2B  and identify opportunities to grow online revenue in close collaboration with BI
  • Deep analysis and market intimacy to identify I&O of the regions

 

3. Adoption & Change management

 

  • Drive Sales team digital engagement, education, and involvement
  • Continuously capture feedback of sales team
  • Ensure that eB2B adds value to sales team daily operations; feedback and drive initiatives in eB2B programs to develop
  • Drive data driven way of working sales, using eB2B data to unlock insights and growth

 

4. Customer Centricit

  • Capture customer painpoints and share back to eB2B and D&T team to continuously drive retention, and customer satisfaction

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business
  • 6 years working ( commercial FMCG ) of which at least 2 years in sales
  • Deep understanding of RTM & strong background in sales field, sales operation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation’s skills
  • Fluent English & Vietnamese speaker
  • Willing to travel
