Traditional Off -Trade Assistant Manager

Tasks & Responsibilities:

E-RTM & Partnership

  • Be the Guardian / Champion to ensure activity traffic and investment for total TT off channels, to avoid any possible conflicts of different RTMs, and propose relevant activities for each of RTM for TT Off channels to best capture business opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Lead all planning & execution process for E-RTM partnership models & digital B2C platform: Promotion guideline, product assortment, deployment plan…
  • Work with cross function teams & partners to identify E-RTM models/ business potentials for Heineken Vietnam
  • Follow up strictly all execution process with cross functions & partners to ensure plan is on track
  • Actively seek for new market trends of E-RTM & partnership models to define new source of growth for company

Promotion system enhancement

  • Be a coordinator in improvement process of new promotion system
  • Consolidate & actively improve proposals of trade marketing team for new promotion system to suit for needs of function (Ex: Promotion types, loyalty / visibility programs…)
  • Follow up proposal progress with cross function (MIS – P&CI – Finance…) & continuously improve on it

Preferred skills:

  • Excel at data analysis / communication / negotiation / presentation skill / MS office
  • Always be a “Can do” person with strong sense of adaption & flexibility
  • Able to search for potential partner / new business model as well as build up strong network with multi stakeholders

Education & Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business / Marketing / Commerce
  • Digital savvy, preferred to have Ecommerce or E-B2B background
  • Understand & familiar with FMCG structure & promotion processes
  • English proficiency for speaking & writing
