Trade Marketing Manager

Job Descriptions:

 

Responsible for developing, updating and executing a channel strategy that maximizes our trade marketing investment in order to deliver one of kind brand activations to strengthen brand equity and market share. BIA VIET TMKT Manager will be a critical partner with the Sales team and Brand team and Regional TMKT team, ensuring our customer plans are built on robust activation plans that deliver on our customer and consumer drivers.

 

  • Collaborate with Sales and Regional Trade Marketing to develop Channel Strategy, taking into account regional market differences, company priorities and brand strategies
  • Translate Channel Strategy into Channel Activity Plan with allocated budget and through the line Brand Campaign
  • To analyze sales performance, evaluate the efficiencies of brand activities at channel to react with market changes/ needs
  • To review and evaluate On Trade channel NW with Sale & Regional Trade MKT to take proper actions if any
  • To manage budget allocated quarterly and ensure to optimize and maximize investment of Trade at market.  Drive a continuous cost optimization mindset with team, agencies and sales
  • Responsible for 1-2 Business unit (North/Central/GCHM/MKD) sales performance

 

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
  • At least 5-year working experience in the relevant field in beverage industry or FMCG
  • Decision maker
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking, open-minded and enthusiasm
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill
  • Conversation with spoken and written English and Proficiency at Excel or BI tools
  • Financial acumen
