Talent Management Assisstant Manager
* Job Descriptions:
- To lead Performance Management process for companywide and keep track for implementation of process & system to ensure employee understanding of performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals and objectives and performance results.
- To develop and implement various TM processes, initiatives, supports the TM strategies by ensuring data is gathered, analyzed, and disseminated appropriately for informed decision making.
- To partner and collaborate with People business partner team and business leaders to develop, communicate, implement, and measure effectiveness of talents programs and processes; and operate as the functional contact of talent management technology.
- To build and implement Mentoring & Coaching Program for talents and ensure the progress on the right track.
- To plan and execute specific development program for employees such as Short-Term/ Long-Term Assignments.
* Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or other related major (Business administration / Economics)
- 5-6 years’ experience in relevant position in FMCG
- Presentation and Training skill
- Planning skill
- Problem solving skill
- Good communication/interpersonal skills
- Conversant in written and spoken English
