Collaborate with Sales and Regional Trade Marketing to develop Channel Strategy, taking into account regional market differences, company priorities and brand strategies

Channel Strategy - Aligned channel strategy with Head of Trade and Head of Sales

Translate Channel Strategy into Channel Activity Plan with allocated budget and through the line Brand Campaign

Channel Activation Plan - Annual

Promotion plan Quarterly

Execution at outlets/activation place

Post-activity review & optimization

To analyze sales performance, evaluate the efficiencies of brand activities at channel to react with market changes/ needs

Regional Business Report monitoring actuals vs target:  Market Share, Distribution and Volume performance

To review and evaluate National On Trade Key Account with Sale to take proper actions if any

Opportunity & activation recommendations to Modern On Trade sales team at channel segment and outlet level to drive growth & image vs. competition

To manage budget allocated quarterly and ensure to optimize and maximize investment of Trade at market.  Drive a continuous cost optimization mindset with team, agencies and sales

  • Quarterly Promotion Activities Report
  • Identify & drive cost optimization initiatives

Drive digital agenda by identifying opportunities to use digital promotions, B2B and other digital tools to drive increase reach, effectiveness and efficiency in Modern On Trade campaigns

Modern On Trade digital roadmap to drive fast and scalable adoption of digital tools across Trade Marketing campaigns

 

Position profile

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing

Experience / skills required:

  • Knowledge of professionally advertising, culture and sociology
  • At least 4-year working experience in the relevant field in beverage industry or FMCG
  • Decision maker
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking, strategic thinking and problem-solving skill
  • Creative thinking, open-minded and enthusiasm

Language(s):

  • Strong proficiency with spoken and written English

Functional Competencies:

  • Proficiency at Excel or BI tools
  • Financial accumen
