Sales Support Assistant-SP

Report Preparation on daily operations  

- Annual SP activities dashboard: monthly keep on track all SP activities report in a year

- SRP: inform nationwide team SRP and prepare the paper to collect the signature, tracking SRP bonus monthly,

- Budget tracking: complete the payment on the system, conduct monthly tracking and present to NSPM,

- Safety : coordinate and make safety report

- Ad-hoc project: deploy project for data collection to nationwide under NSPM's guideline

 

SP Material Management:

Based on uniform process to collect the ordering quantity from SPA/SPS/SPE/PCL nationwide and present to NSPM for reviewing before ordering to TMKT Operation (POSM Team),
Coordinate with SPA/SPS/SPE/PCL nationwide to keep tracking stock/delivery quarterly,
Other POSMs for daily operations: order and keep tracking POSMs required by NSPM and present to NSPM for review and approval if any
 

SP Agencies Management:

Ensure agencies to comply with the contract and HeiRules including payment, labor contract, com & ben proposal and other legal documents

3rd Parties' contract: follow up and report to NSPM 2 months  before the expired date comes
Coordinate with 3rd Parties to track payment timeline,
Follow up, support and collect the completed paper works from SPA/SPS/SPE/PCL to ensure on-time delivery to Finance,
Collect invoice and supporting document from 3rd Parties to deliver to Finance on time,
Follow up Finance to complete the payment process to 3rd Parties as committed timeline.
 

SP Procedures & Processes Assistance:

Assist NSPM in updating all procedures and processes as required

 

Personal support to SP force: 

Getting to understand the situation, deliver personal support, advice, and help to settle problems in the personal life of female force
