Sales Demand Planning Lead
JOB DESCRIPTION
Scopes:
1. Sales Demand Forecast
2. S&OP Demand Planning Process
Key Responsibilities
1. Collect technical data, properly set up & maintain master data of FG & semi FG in local & global master data system, ensuring accuracy of product assortment.
2. Build, review & enrich rolling monthly & weekly sales forecast, intergrating commercial targets, internal & external events
3. Challenge volume forecast provided by Sales
4. Build and challenge volume projection for commercial activities & new products
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, i.e Sales, Central Planning, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing & Trade Marketing to deliver demand plans
6. Review KPI performance, define (potential) root-causes & action plans to improve forecast accuracy, process & risk mitigations
7. Lead scheduling & preparation for, lead and/or facilitate S&OP Demand Review meetings, communicate signed off demand plan to key stakeholders for related workstreams & follow up the aligned actions.
8. Lead Demand Planners in building demand scenarios for review by Demand Forecast Manager
9. Update & maintain latest data in forecasting tools & coach Sales Managers on using them for monthly forecast review
10. Participate in weekly Demand & Supply Review meeting and other related meetings in S&OP process.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- University graduate on Business Administration/Economics
- Background: S&OP Process & Demand Planning. Experience in FMCG business preferred
- Technical knowledge: Excel advanced, VBA, Power PointExperience with planning tools. Power BI preferred
- Business/Functional: Basic commercial, financial & supply understandings. Clear business understanding of the E2E process, connections between DP and other business activities.
- Soft skills: Analytical skills. Pro-active and creative. Can-do mentality. Stakeholder management skill. Communication skills.Teamwork
- Conversant in spoken and written English.
