Procurement Officer

Key Reponsibilities:

· Execute and implement the procurements of goods and services for Marketing/ Sales department to ensure meeting requisitioner’s requirements, company’s goals and policies.
·  Source new supplies, perform assigned tendering/ bidding, manage risk potential in procurement.
· Get quotations, compare, analyze and negotiate with vendors for activities assigned by superior.

· Prepare, manage and tracking Contract/POs performance.

· Control and solve the problem in buying progress and report to supervisor for resolution OTIF.

· Evaluate vendors, foresee and take part in procurement improvement and strategy development.

· Manage contract and stakeholders.

· Validate documents prior to submit for approval.

· Ensure personal performance to deliver in line with Procurement Group KPI

· Make routine reports, maintain and provide data for workable tracking.

· Handle admin works and Other tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

· University degree in Economics/ Foreign Trade/ Business Administration

· At least 3-year experience in transaction and trading, preferably with working experiences in purchasing goods and services for Marketing and Sales activities, foreign invested companies.
· Integrity, honest, cautious, straightforward, diligent.
· Analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Ownership and leadership

· Wiling to work under high pressure

· Attention to detail.
· Conversant with spoken and written English
· PC literacy (Word, Excel etc.)
