Procurement Executive

Key responsibilities:

· Execute and implement the procurements of goods and services for Marketing/ Sales department to ensure meeting requisitioner’s requirements, company’s goals and policies.
·  Source new supplies, perform assigned tendering/ bidding, manage risk potential in procurement.
· Take lead in cost analysis and negotiation with vendors.
· Evaluate vendors, foresee and propose the improvement, procurement strategy.

· Manage contract and stakeholders.

· Ensure the validity of procurement documents prior to submit for approval.

· Drive personal performance in line with Procurement Group KPI
· Update, report and analyze data to contribute in efficient decision.
· Extend role and responsibilities when necessary


· University degree in Economics/ Foreign Trade/ Business Administration

· Having relevant experience in reviewing and negotiating for Marketing ATL and BTL service, especially preferred to Digital & TVC.
· At least 5-year experience in transaction and trading, preferably with working experiences in purchasing goods and services for Marketing and Sales activities, foreign invested companies.
· Integrity, honest, cautious, straightforward, diligent.
· Strong analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· High ownership and leadership

· Wiling to work under high pressure

· Attention to detail.
· Conversant with spoken and written English
· PC literacy (Word, Excel etc.)
