People Experience Executive

Performance Management, Leadership Development and Talent Development

• Consult Supply Chain People Business Partner and Learning &Development (SC PBPs & L&D) in deployment of HEINEKEN behaviours and talent development programs.


Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Design and customize culture building & employee engagement initiatives, including but not limited to Inclusion & Diversity, Learn-Share-Reapply to be implemented in Supply Chain.
• Consult and guide Supply Chain People Business Partner and Learning &Development in deployment of relevant culture and change management.


Enabler Facilitation

• Take part in building capability for People Organization Development Pillar members.
• Consult Supply Chain People Business Partner and Learning &Development in strategic HR aspects, especially in organization design, resource planning, performance & talent management, etc. Offer regular constructive challenge to the SC PBPs & L&D based on what is in the best interest of sustainable performance of people strategies.
• Manage related knowledge, processes and tools of POD Pillar and provide guidelines to enable easy usage.
• Analyse, visualize and explain core indicators of People data from other functions and associate results with HR insights to provide useful conclusions. Maintain data audits and run follow up if necessary
• Communicate any changes or updates of relevant enablers to support PBPs and L&D.

• Back up L&D or PBP role if needed (e.g., when vacant)
