Operational Procurement Executive

A. Responsibilities

1

Provide procurement analysis reports with insightful information and call to actions, covering key aspects in an integrated approach:

  • Spend
  • Patterns of procurement items & services
  • Procurement performance
  • Compliance
  • Supplier performance

Execute the procurement digitalization agenda, build internal tools to reduce manual work using available resources (Power Apps, Power BI …)

Train end users about system knowledge and drive self-service way of working

4

Execute projects to drive continuous improvement in procurement operation through system, process and way of working

5

Manage the Supplier Engagement Program

Be the key user to coordinate with global technical team to support stakeholders for system issues, raise BRD tickets to develop system

7

Be the key coordinator between global functions (Procurement, D&T…) with local functions & partners to successfully deploy projects in Vietnam

 

B. Requirement

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Economics/Technical Science/ Automation

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Having working experience or doing projects in manufacturing fields
  • Strong understanding in ERP system and have experience with procurement process and project management
  • Be proficient in using Excel to process large dataset, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query
  • Strong data analysis skill to identify insights and develop recommendations to support the category management
  • Customer centricity                                                                              
  • Good communication skill
  • Key behaviors: critical thinking, empathy, influencing and persuasion
  • Have desire for continuous learning and sharing
