Modern Off Trade Assistant Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign deployment:
    • Deploy Integrated Marketing plan into BTL execution & Trade Plan (include Trade Selling stories and consolidate all brand’s Trade/Key account activity calendar)
    • Ensure that all sales team have received the right product training
  • New product launch preparation:
    • Product pipeline planning (coordination with Key Account/Demand Forecast team);
    • Merchandising readiness, Trade channel selection/ prioritization, account/ outlet recommendation
    • Manage trade budget and ensure efficient use of resources
    • Oversee the whole implementation from launch, development tracking, status updating and evaluation.
  • Visual:
    • Develop/adapt POSMs and translate brand designs to trade acceptable materials.
    • Ensure that all are compliant with Heineken Vietnam standard and government authorities when needed.;
    • Manage allocation, production, and distribution of POSMS based on agreed requirement with the sales per region.
    • Provide post-evaluation campaign
  • Activation: Manage In-store activation and provide post-evaluation.
  • Promotion:
    • Drive Trade program by creating a full year trade and consumer plan per channel/region in cooperation with the Sales and Marketing team.
    • Ensure that all programs and executions are compliant with Heineken Vietnam standard and government authorities when needed.
    • Working with Field Force to prepare approval form (including detailed scheme, timing, estimation of sales)
  • Trade Management:
    • Market intelligence report/competitive report in the trade
    • Off-take report (if possible)
    • Trade inventory
    • Evaluation of trade related promotions/programs.
  • Merchandising contract monitoring
    • Inventory reporting & Analysis
    • Post Promo evaluation
    • (External) Trade letter/ New Product letter
  • Strategic Analysis and Insight: Provide trade insights and analysis relevant in creating an effective marketing and sales plan

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Has 1-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese language
  • Good business acumen and business insight
  • Good evaluation and analytical skills
  • Excellent in communication and decision making skills
  • Excellent in implementing operational trade activities by
  • understanding brand strategies and sales drivers
  • Demonstrate the ability to translate strategy into action
  • A proven track record of performance
  • A clear category management concept
  • Good commercial and brand knowledge
  • Excellent in negotiation skills and to work on win-win solution
  • Work under high pressure
