Leadership & Development Assistant Manager

Learning point-of-contact for the Support Functions (Finance, CA, Legal & HR, Commercials) to ensure that Organization have planning all aspects of leadership development,  get the right development opportunities in lines with the business requirement, right culture and competency.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development:

  • Take lead and work with stakeholders to deploy functional competencies and develop career road maps.
  • Identifies individual and organizational learning & development needs and ensures right solutions for the Commerce & Support functions.
  • Creates the learning and development plan for the Commerce & Support functions.
  • Monitor the success of personal development plans.
  • Deploy different kinds of learning methods: blended training, virtual training, online learning, coaching and so on.
  • Manage compliance to mandatory training courses, induction training.
  • Evaluate the success and value of learning and development activities.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Academy to ensure a holistic approach to development.
  • Ensures high quality and integrity of L&D data by monitoring accuracy, consistency and reporting on time.

Soft skills & Leadership:

  • Support and facilitate innovative and effective learning solutions for soft skills/ leadership curriculum
  • Lead actively in the planning and execution soft skills/leadership program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 5 to 8 years of working experience
  • Work collaboratively with different stakeholders on the development needs
  • Data analytics
  • Understand competency models and learning interventions
  • Demonstrated leadership and experience.
