Lab Analyst I (Opco Supply Chain)

Job summary:

• Carry out the testing and work with relevant people for approval of all POSM.
• Set up testing methods, approval documents for new POSM.
• Set up plan, perform and create reporting of audit POS suppliers.
• Review and update the current testing methods/document and parameters.
• Monitor Supplier performance, Approved Supplier/POSM list.
• Carry out periodically the crosscheck product of POSM at warehouse

• Organize the beer survey in HVN/market and reporting quarterly

• Perform the direct supervision, set up and monitor existing approved materials in HVN (HACCP result, aprroval/purchasing status…)

• Set up and monitor all trials of new materials HVN

• Cooperate with 6 breweries for approval material record, make new Commitments/Quality agreement for approved materials.

• Perform the direct supervision, set up and monitor audit plans for approved Supplier in HVN.

• Review and update responsible documents in PPL system

Requirement:

• University graduated in Food processing/Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Food Chemical Industries
• Knowledge of Food Chemical Industries, Organic Chemistry.
• Good communication, teamwork and be careful.
• Active, accurate, disciplined, well organized and logical thinking.
• Ability fairly to speak and write the technical term of English.
• Office computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
