Key Accounts Manager

Job Description

- Responsible for building and maintaining good relationship with modern trade customers in assigned area
- Understanding well customer strategies/insights in parallel with company objectives/categories insights, then to give the best fit via business recommendation/proposal, esp. for Innovation
- Accountable for Trading Term negotiation following company guidelines.
- Driving Heineken images as the best instore, categories captaincy or new ideas within categories
- Responsible for coverage / distribution and merchandising of products in store.
- Guiding & Supporting operation team in execution to achieve objectives & deliver Volume objectives
Others:
- Organizing and preparing for T2T, JBP, Biz review in the year
- Guiding and coaching direct reports to achieve team objectives

 

Job Requirements

 

• At least 5 years Experiences in Modern Trade - FMCG
• Handle typical different Modern Trade customers
