E-Commerce Logistics & Ops Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Logistics & Operations Solutions for online channels and campaigns: 
  • Develop and manage end-to-end operations solutions from orders to delivery for direct-to-consumer channels
  • Collaborate with eCommerce Key Account Manager & Partnership Key Account Manager to establish online-offline integration, driving continuous optimization in both customer services and cost to serve.
  • Drive the optimization in fulfillment solutions to deliver customers service level agreement and customers satisfaction
  • Develop distributors networks and upgrade distributors fulfillment capacity to meet the growing demands of eCommerce in different business models and different geography.  
  • Manage offline operations for online campaigns of Food Delivery channel, in partnership with platforms, agency, brand and offline merchants.
  • Assess & control the quality of operations from agency, platforms following HVN requirements
  • Supply planning: Key contact point in Demand planning of eCommerce & Partnership following commercial plans and work with Supply Team and distributors/ retailers to ensure stock supply for online demands, especially during festive and mega campaigns

 

  • Data analytics & Reporting:
  • You will play a key role in tracking and reporting on key business performance & shoppers metrics that will help guide key business decision
  • Develop critical dashboards related to shopper’s data to bring more actionable insights from data collections in different platforms
  • Internal Stakeholder Management
  • Strong collaboration with eCommerce & Partnership Key Account Managers to develop integrated online-offline plans.
  • Strong collaboration with distributors and offline retail stores network to drive sufficient fulfillment solutions
  • Drive continuous optimization assisting cost-to-serve and path to profitability analysis
  • Provide timely feedback to commercial leaders regarding performance, activities, and changing route to market, using relevant monitoring tools.
  • Drive a data driven way of working
  • Establishing new data views and metrics to support the business and providing suggestions for improvement throughout the value chain.
  • Build online shoppers understanding dashboards through strengthening data sharing approach in each partnership.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferable with experience in Online Retail or FMCG industry.
  • Solid understanding of Vietnamese eCommerce platforms, underlying (back-end) systems and business models
  • Solid understanding with both bricks-and-mortar and online retailing
  • Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of current operations flow.
  • Strong data driven analytical skills, coupled with strong marketing foundation
  • Technical background, light coding knowledge a plus.
  • English proficiency both spoken & written
