Digital Product Manager

Job Descriptions:

1. Drive Positive User Experience of the B2B platform

  • Manage front end configuration, UI/UX  of B2B and B2C platforms
  • Ensure configuration and features across all platforms deliver on the needs of customers/distributor/consumer
  • Work closely with the regional product team to share features, design ideas and user stories
  • Lead voice of the customer feedback/user research to identify ‘roadblocks’ for adoption and usage
  • Drive increase in NPS scores by converting user feedback into actions for customers/distributors and deployment teams
  • Measure of success: Online customer satisfaction (NPS), retention, Platform performance, reliability & security

2. Drive integration and continuous improvements

  • Work directly with IT team to integrate platform into internal/external systems
  • Regularly examine distributor order processes and provide pragmatic solutions to optimize workflows (online and offline)
  • Use Agile methodology to deliver sprints, manage backlog and user stories based on business requirements & data driven inputs

3. Training & Business Build

  • Work closely with users of the B2B/B2C platform to understand gaps in understand and training required for our sales, distributor and supply chain teams
  • Look for opportunities to grow user base and basket size/frequency through UX and user behavior analysis with close collaboration of data analyst
  • Eager to share learnings across organization

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business and IT ( Computer Science, Engineer or similar relevant field) or MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
  • 5+  years’ experience in an (B2B) ecommerce product development(including Business Analyst, Product Owner, UX). Experience in B2B ecommerce is a pre.
  • Scrum and Product Owner training is highly recommended
  • A solid and proven business understanding
  • Analytically strong with creative problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, able to identify business processes and routines
  • Capable of clarifying complex problems and structures
  • Strong at balancing technical trade-offs
  • Independent, pro-active way of working
  • Agile mindset, able & willing to constantly adapt to changing realities
  • Communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • True team player, able to connect and build strong relationship with different stakeholders
  • Conversant English & Vietnamese
