Brand Manager (Tiger Regular)
Job description
Strategize, plan & execute to achieve volume, market share, brand health and profitability of the brand:

Drive the development & planning, and involve in the day to day implementation of brand activities Through The Line (TTL): sponsorship, promotion, media, advertising, packaging development, consumer activations, etc.

Monitor, control, implement brand standards & specification.

Analyze brand performance and work closely with Sales and Channel Marketing teams to strengthen brand experience and meet customer’s requirements.

Drive brand performance monitoring, evaluation, and strategic recommendation.

Budget and investment management according to approved brand plans.
Job requirement

University degree in Marketing/ Economics. Master degree is preferable.

At least 5-year working experience in Brand Marketing in Manufacturing Companies.

Strong track records in development and planning of brand equity building activities, ATL brand communications (strong hands-on media and advertising skills), BTL brand activations, with past experiences in product development and regional expansion of FMCG products preferred.

Consumer-centric, creative and love challenges. Analytical thinking.

Excellent English communication.
