Brand Manager (Tiger Regular)

Job description

Strategize, plan & execute to achieve volume, market share, brand health and profitability of the brand:


  • Drive the development & planning, and involve in the day to day implementation of brand activities Through The Line (TTL): sponsorship, promotion, media, advertising, packaging development, consumer activations, etc.

  • Monitor, control, implement brand standards & specification.

  • Analyze brand performance and work closely with Sales and Channel Marketing teams to strengthen brand experience and meet customer’s requirements.

  • Drive brand performance monitoring, evaluation, and strategic recommendation.

  • Budget and investment management according to approved brand plans.

Job requirement

  • University degree in Marketing/ Economics. Master degree is preferable.

  • At least 5-year working experience in Brand Marketing in Manufacturing Companies.

  • Strong track records in development and planning of brand equity building activities, ATL brand communications (strong hands-on media and advertising skills), BTL brand activations, with past experiences in product development and regional expansion of FMCG products preferred.

  • Consumer-centric, creative and love challenges. Analytical thinking.

  • Excellent English communication.
