Change and Communication Officer (7 months contract)
-Job Description:
+Work with the project team to brainstorm, develop, and execute stakeholder (leadership, end user) communication strategies and tactics
+Deliver communications that speak to the client’s target audience(s), use the appropriate media, and inspire the desired action and behaviors
+Consistently deliver high-quality work that translates complex ideas into compelling, polished, and straightforward language
+Understand the stakeholder environment and demonstrate a stakeholder-focused mindset
+Proactively follow up with project progress, collect relevant updates, and communicate to Global community
+Independently incorporate feedback and resolve issues from multiple stakeholders/sources.
+Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of communication plans, including tracking implementation progress, creating performance reports and presentations
+Supports project teams in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), manuals, best practices (e.g., Banca/Agency Blueprints), and the documentation of processes, policies, and guideline
-Requirements:
+Ability to translate complex ideas into everyday language
+Proven ability to write compelling, polished copy across multiple media for varying audiences
+Able to direct and work closely with creative resources
+Curious, self-motivated, hard-working, well-organized
+Willing to travel to different site, up to ~20% of time, as needed
+Video production and/or script writing skills a plus
