Regional Market Execution Manager- North

JOB PURPOSES

Regional Market Execution Manager are advocates of change, and work to enable HVNs transformational journey. This includes new RTC (TPS, commercial processes & competencies, routing efficiency and effectiveness and strategy execution)

  • Assess BU’s operative effectiveness vs. defined new WOW by RTC strategy.
  • Assess Sales Team’s Capabilities & Competencies RTC Competency and Skills Framework
  • Identify GAPs and design a “Enabler Development Plan” in each BU aligned to strategic intent of HVN and agreed with HOS.
  • Drive the transformation & change management process in each BU by ensuring that there is:
  • A clear and agreed plan between BU and RTC Head.
  • An adoption of the new WOW.
  • Makes new WOW stick.
  • Constantly assesses change adoption, identifies gaps and blockers, and triggers actions with functional teams to drive adoption.
  • Identify and address BUs and employees’ concerns regarding Transformation & Change - They facilitate the interaction between Sales Teams and Functional Teams to make sure that the agreed transformational is executed by the BU.
  • Ensure that every commercial role has a Capabilities / Competencies improvement plan.
  • Certify readiness of Sales Team to effectively perform their job.
  • Facilitate the implementation of transformation together with BU’s SLT (RCMs / ASMs)
  • Mitigate the risks of conflicts among initiatives / projects to be implemented in each BU

  • Execute Capabilities Development plan in each BU
  • Design and/or implement a Change Management plan

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Economics/Business Administration or related
  • 3 years of operative commercial experience
  • Project Management

  • Strong communication & stakeholder management
