Job summary:
As a Procurement Executive for technical service, the candidate will implement and manage all procurement activities from Source-to-Pay for Supply Chain inhouse capex, technical/maintenance service and energy for all 6 (six) breweries across the country, including but not limit to sourcing, contract management, supplier management, delivery planning, stakeholder coordination, etc. The candidate will play a key role not only in stably procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies but also to ensure meeting requisitioners' requirements and in line with the company policies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute procurements of goods and services from local and overseas sources to meet requesters’ requirements, company’s goals, and policies.
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to set up a robust working system and to ensure that requested specifications are clear, concise, complete, and accurate.
- Evaluate vendors’ quotation, analyze, and negotiate for best bidding results.
- Coordinate with Legal & Finance team for alignment of contract terms and conditions including payment process and tax issues.
- Advise internal and external stakeholders on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.
- Control and solve the problem in purchase progress and report to supervisor for resolution On-Time-In-Full.
- Coordinate procurement schedule with each relevant project schedule to reach overall project milestones.
- Create and maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data for tracking and benchmark.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors; maintain and update supplier database, their performances and potential for procurement improvement and strategy development.
- Innovate and collaborate with stakeholders for continuous procurement process improvements to remove process inefficiencies.
- Handle admin works and participate in assigned projects as and when being required.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Technology/Economics/ Foreign Trade/ Business Administration.
- At least 5-year experience in transaction and trading, preferably with procurement experiences in technical & maintenance service in foreign invested companies & FMCG.
- Familiar in procurement planning & procedures, supplier performance management, contract management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of customs and government regulations: import & export, taxes, commercial laws and economic contract; and merchandise.
- Able to work under pressure, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate well in English, preferably to have experience of working with foreigner in daily operation
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other working App.
