Assistant Sales Capability Manager (Da Nang)

Job Descriptions:


  • Planning: Works closely with Sales team to develop a yearly specific training and coaching plan for Sales team based on TNA and inputs from Sales Managers.
  • Training delivery: Delivers Global & Local Training programs to Sales team in responsible regions. Acts as a mentor to sales managers and actively works to develop talents.
  • Assessment & Measuring: Sets up processess and way of working to effectively measure Sales Managers and Sales staff performance using Global assessment tool, helps team to prepare team development plans.
  • Content Development: Actively drives to understand sales capability needs and contributes to the development of new content. Helps to drive a culture of cross Opco best practices sharing within the Sales Capability team. Providing an active input in hosting and facilitating regional sales capability team meetings where best practice and content can be shaped.


Job Requirements:


- University Degree. Da Nang based.

- 4 year experience in relevant position (Sales training, sales capability...) in FMCG

- Presentation and Training skill

- Problem solving skill

- Good communication/interpersonal skills

- Conversant in written and spoken English
