Utilities Technician (Vung Tau Brewery)

Job responsibilities:

1.Safety, Food Safety & Sustainability:

• Work according to the defined and applied HEINEKEN Safety, Food safety and Sustainability standards, and local regulation(s) for the Utilities department.
• Apply and follow safety agenda in Utilities department. Identify safety points that need improvement.

2. Quality of the Process & Product:

• Execute main quality checks in line with the standards and procedures on all machines and processes.
• Ensure Utilities processes are executed according to the agreed standard and procedures.
• Execute production plan in standard conditions.
• Report timely and accurate way all mandatory and relevant information and KPIs.

3. Process Management:

• Operate and execute all utilities operational process(es) on equipment with the valid standards and procedures (in standard conditions).
• Ensure the supply of Utilities according to the existing demand. Understand how machine is functioning and influencing the process.
• In case of deviations, inform Senior Technician and/or Utilities Team Leader.

4. Organization & People Development:

• Organize the task list and activities to be performed by the Support Operator.

5. TPM & Continuous Improvement:

• Use tagging / de-tagging process / system(s).
• Execute 5S, tagging process, CILT, apply problem solving tools, etc. in the shop floor.
• Participate in improvement teams.

6. Equipment Management:

• Operate with all machines / process(es), within Utilities.
• Execute basic maintenance of all machines. Is actively involved in improving equipment performance.

Job requirements:

Qualifications: University Degree (E & A, Mechanic, Thermal & Refrigeration, Environment)

Experiences/skills: 0 - 2 years working operation experience related to E&A, Mechanic, Thermal & Refrigeration, Environment.

Functional Competency:

• Certified to work with local regulations (Electric Safety, Pressure equipment Operation certificate)
• Preferable experience in: + TPM/ AM + Technical machine knowledge + RCFA

Leadership skills:

• Time management, Planning, Communication & Problem-solving skills

Digital Competency:

• Data Analysis
• MS Power Platform is an advantage

Languages English proficiency: Intermediate
