What’s the role?
As a Shift Manager, you will be leading a shift of 10-15 operators within our logistics operations and delivering on the KPI targets for the department.  With the role's main focus on safety, you will need a continuous improvement mindset that will help us drive our continuous improvement methodologies (we use TPM) throughout our culture, creating a high-performance environment.

What are we looking for?
As we increase the complexity of our products, we also increase the expectations of our People Managers, will you be the leader we’re looking for? Self-motivated and positive, ready to engage and lead a team of experienced logistics operators, ensuring they have the right skills, behaviours, development, and support to deliver exceptional operational results.

We're looking for inspirational leaders with previous experience in leading teams (not necessarily in logistics but complex/high volume operations), as this is a People Manager role and requires an individual who exhibits the behaviours outlined in our Leadership Expectations:

Shape – We focus on lean (we use TPM methodology) and your proven continuous improvement mindset will lead the way
