Our EPOS Manager is a key role which has the responsibility for the integrity of data throughout the Star Pubs & Bars (SP&B) Retail solution landscape. You’ll be designing and delivering the data architecture framework for the Star Pubs & Bars Retail Managed Operator estate (Just Add Talent (JAT)). This role is about managing complex data by designing processes that span across both digital interfaces and business processes. Experience of working with data from multiple sites (products, pricing and promotions) will be a great base for this role, along with knowledge of retail systems functionality - Zonal Systems would be a real bonus – but you can learn this through total immersion with our Zonal Supplier once you start!

The focus will be on ensuring that data is consistently held across our Retail solution landscape (EPoS, Stocktaking, Order’n’Pay, etc.) and flows correctly through existing interfaces into the HEINEKEN UK ERP system.

You’ll get to work closely with senior SP&B stakeholders to ensure that the Retail solutions supports the development of the overall Just Add Talent strategy, delivering compelling retail offers to consumers and a strong control framework for SP&B.

Although there are no direct reports in this role, it will be part of a dotted line structure and an ability to educate and coach others would be great, or a skill we that we can develop in you.

This means getting into the intricacies of complex data and building ways in which to extract the right trends to support our JAT Marketing team in their decision making. This collaboration will positively impact on their creation of effective activations within our pubs, further supporting our Operations teams and their licensees as we strive to offer them ways to grow their pubs and keep them open and thriving in the heart of their communities.

Please note there will be some travel in this role, at least a couple of days every month will be needed to visit our pubs on site. This would be balanced out as we offer flexible working conditions.
