What’s the role?
As a Shift Manager, you will be leading a shift team of 13 direct reports (alongside working with a team of engineers), to deliver the packaging KPI targets for the site.  This is a site critical role that requires a strong people manager who has experience in driving perfomance and continous improvement.

In this role safety will be your number one priority – you will actively contribute to our Zero Accident Culture through leading by example.

You will lead with a passion for quality by ensuring your people have the skills and capability to complete Quality assurance and control checks as required. You will constructively lead Daily Control System meetings and shift handovers. With a desire to learn, you will build up a full understanding of the role and how it fits into the broader Heineken supply chain.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a people manager who is self motivated, positive and ready to engage and lead a team of technical operators and engineers. You’ll be in charge of encouraging and ensuring they have the right skills, behaviours, development and support to drive site critical KPI's. On top of that you’ll have:

• Previous experience within FMCG (packaging)
• Continous Improvement Knowledge
• Previous experience of people management with a flexible but supportive leadership style
• High attention to detail with health and safety as priority
