What are we looking for?
Are you ready to play a vital role in crafting some of the nation’s most beloved brands?
Our packaging department oversees the production of an impressive 5 million hectolitres annually, and we need a talented Packaging Engineer to help keep our machinery running like clockwork.
In this dynamic role, you’ll perform essential maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with operators to ensure swift, safe recoveries from any plant stoppages. Your efforts will minimise downtime, optimise performance, and keep the magic of production flowing smoothly.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Technical expertise: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, HNC, or an equivalent CITB Apprenticeship.
- Industry know-how: Hands-on experience in highly automated, safety-critical manufacturing environments.
- Maintenance mastery: Familiarity with planned maintenance techniques and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
- A problem-solving mindset: An enthusiasm for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Self-starter spirit: Confidence and capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
