Title: Finance Analyst – Perm Opportunity

Location: Based in Edinburgh, South Gyle with a mix of office and home working

‘This role will give you the opportunity to interact with stakeholders right across the business to grow your understanding of HUK and become a purchase to pay subject matter expert’.

 

Reporting into the Senior Finance Analyst, this role business partners the Finance and Procurement team providing first class performance management, financial control and process improvement in all finance aspects of the Purchase to Pay “PtP” cycle.

 

You will be the main point of contact within Heineken UK “HUK” for PtP Finance and process queries including working closely with our Global Shared Services centre in Poland. You will provide support and training to stakeholders across the business regarding the PtP process, and will be responsible for driving the business to manage invoices assigned to them in the SAP Invoice management system. You will support with the substantiation and integrity of the goods received / invoice received balance. You will analyse our KPI’s whilst having joint accountability within the team to ensure the achievement of targets and leading solutions to achieve those targets. You will identify and implement solutions to process improve the PtP cycle and prepare best in class monthly reports providing insightful analytics.

 

You will have experience in finance and have extensive PtP experience, attained in a high volume environment and considerable SAP experience.

 

You will have a proven track record working in a multi-site, international environment and evidence of influencing decisions which have improved business results. You will be commercially aware with experience in identifying and shaping opportunities and risks and have the ability to develop excellent working relationships with a wide range of people. You will have strong presentation and technical skills, and have natural problem solving abilities.
