Order to Cash - Collections & Disputes Administrator

Your role

As an Order to Cash (OtC) Collections & Disputes administrator you will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for cash collections and disputes. You will be working with multiple stakeholders, among others Sales, Customer Care, Legal, and our shared service center in Krakow (Poland). Furthermore, you will have regular contact with our “one-invoice” partner Sligro and external collections agency BVCM.


The OtC SPOC is involved in providing ad-hoc support to stakeholders about cash collections cases which deviate from the regular dunning cycle. Besides, you will have your own set of more complex customers which require specific knowledge and attention whilst focusing on finding a solution with input from your sales colleagues. Additionally, the SPOC advises colleagues in HGSS and BVCM regarding process improvement across the collections process. Lastly, you are in the lead for driving process improvements across the collections and dispute process.


As Collections and Disputes Administrator you:

  • Manage the portfolio of customers with overdue invoices related to beer deliveries, rents or loans
  • Are the linking pin between the external collectors (BVCM) and the internal stakeholders
  • Connect with customers to solve disputes and align on payment agreements if needed
  • Signal and analyze bottlenecks in the dunning cycle and advice on improving those processes
  • Train and develop colleagues in HGSS and BVCM
  • Participate in multiple projects


You will become part of the OtC & PtP team, which in is part of the Reporting & Accounting department. The role reports to the OtC & PtP Lead. Your position is based in our new Leiden office.

Your profile

For this role we are looking for someone who is an experienced, independent OtC Collections & Disputes Administrator with strong business partner and stakeholder management capabilities within the organization. An excellent understanding of the business and relevant processes is required including the ability to communicate well at all levels in the organization.

Also, the ideal candidate has:

  • Relevant working experience in Order-to-Cash processes
  • Ability to think and work on a HBO level
  • Advanced knowledge of IT systems and applications
  • Excellent Dutch and English language and communication skills
  • Willingness for occasional travel to Krakow, Poland.
