Business Controller Supply Chain

They signal inefficient financial- & business processes and provide their expertise to continuously improve those processes in multidisciplinary projects.

As Business Controller Supply Chain you will be the business partner of our Customer Service, Logistics & Planning (CSLP) and Purchasing Department and responsible for managing and optimising financial resources and processes. This is done in such a way that you have an essential contribution in realising the objectives within Supply Chain Vrumona.

Within this BC Supply Chain role you:

• Are the co-pilot of the Manager CSLP, Manager Purchasing and Manager HR & Facility stimulating fact-based decision making and you will lead the planning cycle for your departments
• Will be the controller of our commercial Co-Fill business which represents a material part of our sold soft drink volume and give input for optimising our On- & Off Trade Logistic Trade Terms
• Perform detailed cost price calculations for our Annual VVP and coordinate proper Bill-of-Material (BOM) and Cost Allocation Keys setting in SAP during the Annual Plan (AP) as input for Profit Analysis
• Drive the Monthly Profitability & Variance Analysis (P&VA) process of our Gross Profit and calculate cost prices & VVP’s for New Product Introduction during the year
• Lead the Period-End Close (PEC) process for Supply Chain and provide relevant insights in the financial- & operational performance through periodic and ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  (e.g. Gross Profit Analysis, Production Price Variances and Purchase Savings) to optimise results
• Advice and challenge your business partners based on relevant internal and external benchmark data in order to optimise financial performance, strategic business cases, financial- & operational processes and efficiencies
• Are responsible for providing requested information to internal & external auditors and ensure the proper execution of business controls as identified in the Key Control Framework

You will be working in a highly dynamic Supply Chain environment covering Operations (Syrup & Utility + Packaging), CSLP, Purchasing, Maintenance, Technology & Quality, Project Mgt. and TPM where we produce > 3 million hectolitres per year on 7 different production lines covering multiple strong brands.

For this role we are looking for a challenging business partner with an excellent understanding of business processes with strong analytical skills who can work very thoroughly calculating cost prices while having a “getting things done” mentality and who can communicate well at all levels in the organisation. 

Also, the ideal candidate has:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience;
• A finalised Bachelor / Master study in business economics;
• Strong analytic skills;
• Advanced knowledge of systems & applications;
• Good knowledge on SAP Project Costing & preferably Material ledger;
• Strong communication and good persuading and presentation skills;
• Experience, affinity and genuine interest in Supply Chain;
• Advanced Dutch & English language skills.

As Business Controller Supply Chain you will report to the Business Control Manager Supply Chain.
This Full-Time position is based in Bunnik and a couple of days of hybrid working is possible.
