§Job purpose: you are responsible for optimizing the end-to-end processes of customer lifecycle within the Beta Tribe products and solutions. This role will support the deployment or functional upgrade of UCE platforms as part of the CORE (global technology transformation) roadmap.
§You will team up with stream leads and DFO’s  to review and redefine processes that support customer lifecycle for primarily Fragmented Markets. 
§Reports to: UCE CORE Deployment Manager

Responsibility (scope): Responsible for successful business transitions of OpCos on quality, time, scope, budget: translating of Customer lifecycle in strong digital capability through implementation of Customer Lifecycle management E2E with CORE platforms (UCE, Integrations). Supporting the Global E-Business and CORE deployment team in realizing the yearly project roadmap.

1.Responsibility (nature of work):
Manage (independently operating) relationship with CORE deployment team and Product Owner.
Provide guidance and supervise OpCo deployment as a SME.
Execute work applying practical methods and processes.
2.Develop relevant toolkits, frameworks and materials to support the capability building of process optimization for customer lifecycle
3.Provide content expertise, hands-on involvement and overall project management of the implementation in close collaboration with the CORE deployment team/local OpCo teams.
4.Create a global blueprint for training materials and perform selected platform trainings.
5.Support activity of CORE change and communications workstream.
6.Align and manage localization requests with Product Owner, CORE deployment team and OpCo.
7.Autonomously drive the OpCo engagement and project agenda in alignment with CORE deployment team.
8.Transfer knowledge and gradually hand over responsibilities to OpCos.
 

What:

§Education: Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Computer sciences , Sales or Business Management
§Work experience: 5+ years
§Required work experience in field of expertise: work experience in E-commerce or ERP environment
§Other fields of expertise: experience in Commercial roles or data management is a plus
§Functional skills: experience with CRM platforms, ERP implementations
§Languages: Fluent English speaker
