Your new role

 

As part of our global strategy 'Evergreen 2025' Heineken's Europe Region set up a Transformation Management Office (TMO) to shape the Transformation journey elements of success: project management governance and change management to enable Europe transformation.

 

The TMO Leads governance and drum-beat with all transformation agents and holds them accountable to specific plans and milestones to ensure that the transformation is progressing on schedule, delivering value and achieving KPI’s.

 

In this exciting opportunity you will join the TMO at Heineken’s Global Head Office as a Transformation Org. Capabilities Manager on the critical Transformation project ‘Sequoia’, the core transformation driver to unlock the future of Heineken Europe in the upcoming years

 

Based from Amsterdam, you will:

 

  • Be responsible for supporting the Upskilling/Reskilling journeys, in close interaction with OpCo’s and Global COE’s to set the implementation for Sequoia upskilling/reskilling.
  • Enable Sequoia change management, by leading with the Opcos the definition of the Upskilling/Reskilling implementation roadmap.
  • Be responsible for driving disciplined execution with the Opcos and supporting them on building, implementation and measuring the Upskilling/Reskilling activities.
  • Collaborate to equip teams with the correct practices of capability assessment and development
  • Act as leader and capability expert partner within TMO leadership team to move all officers forward to become a pro-active catalyst that can drive our transformation forward and enable enterprise-wide strategies

 

Your profile

For this role we are looking for someone with the below experience and qualifications:

  • Significant (10+ years) relevant work experience, including deep HR experience preferably in POD or HRBP field and Supply Chain sector experience
  • Strong ability to contribute to shaping strategy, change management
  • Experience with HRIS technology (ideally Success Factors), Microsoft Office, and analytics (Power BI, Excel and Reporting tools)
  • Experience with learning technology and digital learning design and development
  • Design Thinking, Instructional Design and Project Management is a plus

  • Know how to lead people to new behaviors, competencies, mindset and ways of working
  • Be passionate and advocate for the needs of our learners
  • Provide Expert level of business acumen and understand how to meet organizational strategy and priorities
  • Be a systems thinker and can understand how details connect to the big picture; · Loves Challenges
  • Languages: Fluent written and verbal English
