The Technology Lead Marketing Technology (MarTech) is part of the Global D&T Commerce Technology team and is the person who has strong support and ownership of the end-to-end commerce architecture, services, and delivery. You understand the dynamics of the marketing technology landscape and the role of data within. You are able to understand and translate Marketing technology stakeholders’ needs and ensures they are converted into relevant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
•    You are responsible the marketing technology requirements, into solution architecture specifications, including a delivery model. In line with global architecture standards and roadmaps.
•    You lead and drive (new) marketing solutions and translate those to local operating companies. 
•    You oversee the implementation—ensure the delivered solutions are consistent with the agreed architecture and requirements.
•    You conduct continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures, identifies architectural optimizations, industry trends and new technologies and delivers solutions to the product owners.
•    You manage a global field of stakeholders, including enterprise and domain architects, business stakeholders and suppliers.


•    Bachelor or Master degree
•    5+ years’ experience of rolling out large scale Marketing Technology (Martech) platforms and programs
•    Proven experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation (i.e Workflow Management tools. Asset management, DCO solutions) and Demand Side Platforms (DSP)
•    Proven experience with leading Martech lead platforms and services (Salesforce, Google, Amazon, Adobe, Microsoft) in large Consumer Goods global companies
•    Broad understanding of marketing, media, data & analytics within FMCG
•    Fluent English (another European languages are a plus);
•    Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people;
•    Analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured;
