System & Solutions - Reporting Specialist

As System Solutions/Reporting Specialist you are part of the larger People Operations Team and report to the System & Solutions Lead. The purpose of this job is to deliver client support for HR reporting & analytics.

 

Your Responsibilities

  1. Generation, creation, planning and distribution of periodic reactive and proactive reporting. Support the business in defining the required reports and support/train the business in self service regarding dashboarding but also translating data to support business decisions. Maintain and execute the key control framework and create new key controls in close collaboration with the P&CI departments. Support external and internal stakeholders with audit activities and deliver the correct secured data. Take care of payroll, fiscal and government required reporting.
    Support the payroll team delivering data to support the monthly and yearly payroll activities.
    Takes care of ticket handling regarding HR Reporting & Analytics and recognizes business needs based on the tickets/questions and initiates improvements.
  2. Seen as a data specialist, oversees the system landscape and data streams, understands the interfaces with other systems and can build multisource data dashboards. 
  3. Participates in multiple projects regarding HR Reporting & Analytics and actively keeps track of relevant developments within and outside Heineken, shares knowledge and developments with colleagues and other stakeholders. Close collaboration with reporting specialists from Global Systems & Solutions.
  4. Supports the People Operations Specialists regarding system data and system impact for example CLA changes and translations.

 

Your Profile

  • Education: Bachelor level / University level
  • Work experience: 2 - 5 years
  • Required work experience in field of expertise: e.g. actual reporting & analytics knowledge and experience of/with HR systems & solutions in an international company. Demonstrated technical experience in building cross system dashboards and data translation/support to different businessgroups.
  • Other fields of expertise: data translator, project management/agile skills, test management, stakeholder management, service management
  • Functional skills: strong analytical skills, experienced with IT systems, digital driven, PowerBI, SAP/Successfactors, knowledge of digital data trends
  • Languages: English
