We are expanding our Executive Search Team and therefore we are looking for a new colleague to join the team!

 

Your profile

As a sourcer you will be responsible for creating different strategies to attract the most suitable candidates, using various social media platforms. Your focus will be on finding and attracting potential suitable candidates for senior roles within HEINEKEN.  LinkedIn should not have any secrets for you and you are a star in communication; you know exactly how to approach and engage senior talent.

You will be part of our Talent Acquisition Hub and you will be working from our Dutch headquarters in Leiden and our Global Headoffice in Amsterdam.

 

In this role:

  • You are trusted advisor/ researcher and sourcer to the Global Head of Executive Search, scouring the market for key information, analytics and relevant information of which companies are growing what talent.
  • You are inquisitive by nature and enjoy researching talent – who is hiring, competitive landscape and market insight
  • You will help build pipelines of diverse talent through LinkedIn and other sources providing regular reports on Global talent
  •  You are a fantastic communicator, able to work on your own initiate but also as part of a team
  • You are highly creative and resourceful at finding ways to identify global talent
  • You will resource and adopt new recruiting methodologies and share with the team

 

Also, the ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a sourcing role, preferably as an executive in-house sourcer
  • Excellent listening and engagement skills, you are able to answer business needs on where to find great candidates
  • A strong understanding of the global talent market
  • Eager to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and work with a high sense of urgency.
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest headhunting tools and techniques. An exposure to market mapping and talent research to obtain data and insights of talent competitors in the business units
