Senior People Business Partner

Based in our corporate headquarters in Amsterdam, as part of the Global People Team, you are responsible for your own departments. In the role of People Business Partner you will:
- Be co-responsible for the development and implementation of HEINEKEN's People plan;
- Deal with themes across the entire People spectrum including leadership, organizational development, culture, competence development, talent management, performance, remuneration, recruitment and absenteeism;
- Lead projects and change processes and ensure that the People policy is consistently applied throughout the organization;
- Manage relationships with stakeholders (with conflicting interests) on a strategic and tactical level.
Are you the People Business Partner we are looking for?
From your role, but also as a person, you know how to connect people. You are the one who knows how to get everyone on the same page. You are a proactive challenger, have great powers of persuasion and know how to get your stakeholders on board. Whether they are MT members or starting managers. You feel at home in a culture of continuous improvement and actively contribute to it. In order to be successful in this position, you have the following must haves:
- Education: Master/University level
- Work experience: 6+ years
- Solid, in-depth, and up-to-date capability in all relevant HR areas including recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning & development, organisational development and reward (incl. pensions), (basic) knowledge of Dutch labour law, coaching skills and change management.
- Experience with SAP, strategy shaper, trusted advisor and project management skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (oral and written)
- Affinity with IT/Technology is a big plus.
