What are the Role & Responsibilities?

Global Finance Business Process Management (GFBPM) is the home of the global process owners of finance within HEINEKEN. We shape the finance vision, functionally own the processes, measure process maturity & performance and identify improvements. We manage the design and quality of platforms & products supporting our processes and act as a thought leader for everything finance process related.


As Senior Global Process Expert FP&A, you act as a thought leader for everything that is related to the FP&A process. Your main focus areas will include:

  1. Process strategy & ownership: Co-shape Global vision & target operating model for E2E “best in class” FP&A process, metrics and business outcomes and drive the transformation roadmap, in close collaboration with stakeholders, leveraging on internal and external practices. Translate the process vision in a blueprint that covers processes, policies & procedures, controls, scope split and delivery location and process relevant KPI/PPIs
  2. Business insights: Translate business & process requirements into FP&A data and technology design to support business insights needs. Maintain and optimize design for all relevant HEINEKEN business models. Provide support, advisory, business requirement review and organise learning sessions to drive forward looking analytics on growth, margin & working capital performance
  3. Product Ownership: FP&A team is Product Owner for business platforms in FP&A process and support deployment through delivery organisation, e.g. program/project teams. Identify needs and support product selection, ranging from descriptive, diagnostic, predictive & prescriptive analytics. Safeguard FP&A product landscape and approve new products & changes. Collaborate with stakeholder e.g. D&T and Global Business Control to further standardise and shape FP&A digitalisation capabilities & infrastructure


Our ideal candidate has:

  • University level education
  • 8+ years of experience in similar role(s) and environment
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning & analysis, business control, transformation project management, process ownership and shared services. Exposure to cross-functional and complex international environment,
  • Extensive exposure to business performance management solutions (ERP, Planning, BI)
  • Process E2E oriented thinking, combination of analytical and conceptual thinking. Knowledge of continuous process improvement and project & change management methodologies. Organise process design/validation workshops
  • Exelellent English (verbal and written skills)
  • Ability to manage multiple complex stakeholder relationships, addressing and resolving conflicting priorities, ensuring strategic alignment. Ability to switch between topics and maintain a helicopter view
