Product Designer

The e-business unit is where product teams, Global Sales, Data & Technology as well as our Operational Companies work together in an agile way, break through classical silos and adapt new ways of working

  • (Sub)department: Global E-Business
  • Job purpose: As a product designer you create designs for our E-Business products that improve customer experience. You translate data and insights, user research and best practices into intuitive and easy to use designs that increase user adoption and drive value or reduce cost to serve. 
  • Reports to: Product Design lead
  • Direct Reports: None

 

Roles and Responsibilities
You work on a selection of your E-Business products work closely with the development teams to realize great new designs. 

Responsibility (Nature of work):

  1. Deliver high quality designs: Responsible for designing and delivering high quality and persuasive designs that improve the customer experience and drive OpCo value. 
  2. Wireframes and designs for new innovations: create designs for our global platforms and work closely with different sprint teams to deliver new innovations and user stories. 
  3. Data driven & experimentation: translate user insights and data into new ideas for designs and creative prototypes and new experiments (AB-tests)
  4. Design thinking attitude: Contribute to an environment of constant innovation using design thinking to solve problems and improve process, techniques, and approaches. 
  5. Stakeholder management: manages different types of stakeholders and collaborates with different teams withing Heineken (product teams, development teams, CXO specialists and local OpCo’s)

Experience & Profile
What:

  • Education: Bachelor/ Masters degree in Design
  • Work experience: 3-4 years.
  • Required work experience in field of expertise: you have a strong portfolio of designs and examples where you impacted customer journeys.
  • Other fields of expertise: you have knowledge of experimentation and know how to integrate user data into your designs
  • Functional skills: You have great knowledge of Sketch and the Figma.
  • Languages: perfect English writing and speaking skills
