Maintenance & Asset Care Lead – Global Supply Chain/Production

Are you a maintenance expert and ready to expand your network across the globe? Than this might be the job for you!

 

As a Maintenance & Asset Care Lead you will be building capabilities for our operating companies (OpCo’s) all over the world, based on the highest needs and business priorities. In your role you will be working in a network organization with other head office departments, regional Hub’s, centres of excellence (CoE) and OpCo’s. Together with the partners in your network, you will shape large improvement programs that focus on lifetime extension of assets, reliability and cost. You will also be working on the critical enablers, like systems, people development programs, data and digital to achieve your goals. 


To be successful in this position we expect:

  • Global / Regional Asset Care strategy development, together with regional counterparts
  • Development and maintenance of standards, capabilities, systems and continuous improvement methodology, together with CoE members and other subject matter experts
  • Development and program management for Digital training initiatives and use case definition for digital experiments
  • Escalation platform and support to OpCo’s, second line support after regional Hub’s
  • Improvement of Asset Management in Heineken, together with Procurement, Projects & Engineering and Suppliers

 

Your profile

In order to be successful in this opportunity we expect you to have:

  • A strong background and degree in engineering (MSc)
  • Operational management experience, preferably in the role of Engineering/Maintenance Manager
  • Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems, Total Productive Management and Reliability Engineering
  • The curiosity and agility to explore new ways of working, systems and (digital) innovations
  • Patience, influence and communication to be able to generate successes with a global network
