Your assignment

On the Design to Sustainable Value Program you will be joining one of the most dynamic teams at HEINEKEN. The program is dedicated to ensuring continuous market competitiveness of our products (packaging & raw materials), by removing unnecessary costs and/or adding value where consumers are willing to pay, while simultaneously reducing negative environmental impact. ​

This program forms part of the Cost and Value pillar for our transformational Evergreen agenda and is a high priority program with immense dedication and passion for successful delivery required.

 

You will have significant internal exposure to senior stakeholders and need to be committed to deliver.

 

In this role you will:

  1. Support the implementation of DSV across 60+ OPCO’s using our regional matrix
  2. Review and refine data using available tools and systems to optimize performance of OPCO’s on DSV.
  3. Review and update existing DSV resources (e.g DSV Rulebook, Global Features Menucard etc) and develop the Dynamic DSV tool.
  4. Develop and propose initiatives to enhance DSV as a program- connecting externally with suppliers/industry peers when required
  5. Track, report, summarize, prepare and present information on key initiatives per region following implementation.
  6. Connect with stakeholders at HO and across regions to communicate updates on the program

 

 

Your working environment You will report to the Global Program Lead- Design to Sustainable Value. You will work closely with the Packaging and Raw Materials Teams. The team consists of a very ambitious, diverse, international group of sourcing professionals. The role is fully cross functional interacting closely with Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, Innovation, Transformation Teams etc

 

Your profile

For this role we are looking for someone with the below qualifications:

  • University education in business, financial, logistics, commercial, economical, sustainability or procurement discipline;
  • Strong interest/experience in Procurement, Sustainability and/or supply chain;
  • Language: Fluent English language required (verbally & written);
  • Functional Competencies: Analysis & Insight, Sourcing, Data Management, Supplier Management;

Also the ideal candidate has:

  • A result-driven and proactive mentality;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Strategic thinking capabilities;
  • Good communication and presenting skills - ability to explain complex topics in a clear and simple manner.
