Global Talent and Leadership – Learning and development intern


Are you a bachelor or graduate student, passionate about learning programs and looking for an experience in a large multinational?


Your contribution as an intern is essential to the mission of Global Talent and Leadership (GT&L) to develop new programs such as a coaching, mentoring, I&D, Academy. GT&L is an innovative department where we create new programs for other HEINEKEN departments.


In this role:

• You will have the opportunity to develop by actively working on projects and coordinating. .

• You will learn what it takes to develop, support and work inside a large multinational company, learning from a passionate and experienced team.


The internship is full time based in Amsterdam and available per 15 May 2022 for the duration of 6 months.


(Please note that all interns must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship. You will need to provide a proof of enrolment with your application. Applications without this will not be considered.)



• Assist with program coordination, data gathering and presentations.

• Creating and posting short articles related to the programs for internal communication.

• Coordination of the presentations and meetings for coaching programs.

• Support with the app coordination with Digital and Technology (D&T).

• Coordination of meetings with Coach2grow and Mentoring agenda.

• Support with the setup of the coaching for leadership program online.

• Agenda support for the ambassador training on Inclusion and Diversity (I&D).

• Support for the programming of the Finance Academy.

• Support with the coordination of focus groups and assessment.

• Create dashboard with key indicators and follow up on results.


Your profile

You are a student in a relevant field of study and you have the following:

• Ability to prioritize and to work in a structured way on projects and individually.

• Exceptional team player capability and eagerness to learn, share knowledge.

• Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic approach with a can-do mentality.

• Excellent analytical skills and experience with analysing and improving processes.

• Strong Excel, MS Office and Powerpoint skills. • Strong communication skills.
• Full time availability.
