Global Talent Acquisition Intern

Are you a (graduate) student, passionate about and People Function and Talent Acquisition and looking for an experience in an international environment?


On this internship you will have an unique experience on learning outside the academic environment how a global People Function area works and the impact of each decision in HNK operations across the world.

You will be able to gain experience in a professional workplace and enjoy the true togetherness having a beer on Thursday drinks.


The internship is based in Amsterdam and available per June for the duration of 6 months.


Please note that all interns must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship. You will need to provide a proof of enrolment with your application. Applications without this will not be considered.

Your responsibilities

In this internship you will be responsible for:

  • Support in research and design of a new global Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Assist with the research and design of an Employee Value proposition
  • Collaborate with the TA community to build out a global Community of Practice
  • Assist in building capability for using the new behaviour based interview guides
  • Partner with TA community to refresh our careers website
  • Partner with senior leaders in Global Talent & Leadership to build an assessment toolkit and communication strategy for the organization


Your profile

You are a student in a relevant field of study and you have the following:

  • Ability to prioritize and to work in a structured way on projects and individually
  • Exceptional team player capability and eagerness to learn, share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal
  • Curiosity to understand what is happening outside the work environment that can influence our ways of working and the employee experience
  • A pragmatic approach with a can-do mentality
  • Hard skills needed for the job (e.g. power point, social media, excel, power point) or relevant student job experience or life experience (talent analytics / employee experience / recruitment / etc)
